The Basketball Alliance offers affordable coverage for your practice gym (two facilities). All you need to do is create your The Basketball Alliance Tourney Team account in order to be eligible for coverage. Once you register and fill out the order form below, your certificates will be processed and return to you via email within 4-5 business days. It's that easy!

Note: Please fill out the Facility Name& Address exactly as you'd like it to appear on the COI. (Example: HighSchool Name, 111 High Five Drive, City, State, Zip).
