So that we don't cancel prematurely, we are waiting until 6 AM Sunday to make the final call, in case HURRICANE NATE does something unexpected and does not follow its predicted path. Training Legends is monitoring the weather closely.

Our overriding desire is to play baseball, but Mother Nature doesn't always cooperate.
To understand how we make decisions about delaying or cancelling tournament play
when the weather is bad, visit Training Legends Refund & Rain Policies at

Training Legends personnel will be on site at the different parks at 6 AM on Sunday
morning before the tournament to assess the playing conditions at each and every field.
Sometimes it rains in one area but not another (e.g., it may rain in Cobb County but not in
Gwinnett County). If this occurs, we'll play the games scheduled for that location.
Sometimes fields at the same park are affected differently and one is playable while
the other is not. Again, we'll play on the fields that are playable.

Once we know the situation, we'll update our website and send out messages
to the coaches as soon as possible. We do not want teams driving to the parks
if they are not going to play or if their safety is at stake.

In some instances, and this weekend may be such an instance,
we'll cancel the entire tournament ahead of time.
For Super Sunday Showdown #2, East and West, we have not made this decision yet.

 6u-8uCP = $175
 8uKP-10u = $225
 11u-12u = $245
 13u-14u = $295

Tournament Gate Fee:
 There is a $100 Team Gate Fee.

All teams registered must have paid their Tournament Entrance Fee by the Entry Deadline. If you are paying by check, your check must be received by the Entry Deadline. If your payment has not been received by the Entry Deadline, then your slot will be given to those teams on the waiting list.

Lack of Participation:
If a tournament is cancelled due to a lack of participation, there will be a 100% refund of your Tournament Entrance Fee.

If you choose to cancel:
We will refund 100% of your Tournament Entrance Fee if you email Chad Parker at ChadParker@TrainingLegends.com before the Entry Deadline. There will be NO refund of your Tournament Entrance Fee if you cancel after the Entry Deadline as other teams are relying on your team to `make the tournament'.

Weather Cancellations:
If a tournament is cancelled prior to the games starting due to weather or other `Acts of God', 100% of the Tournament Entrance Fee will be returned to you. Teams that play less than one full game due to weather or `Acts of God' shall receive 75% of their Tournament Entrance Fee refunded. Teams that play one game due to weather or `Acts of God' will receive a 50% refund of their Tournament Entrance Fee. Teams that play two or more games will not receive a Tournament Entrance Fee refund.

Game Time Limits:
 6u-8uCP = 1:15 hours
 8uKP-10u = 1:30 hours
 11u-12u = 1:45 hours
 13u-14u = 1:45 hours

Time limits are observed in all games in the Fall, including Championship Games.

 All age divisions - National Federation of High Schools Baseball Rules with the Training Legends modifications. The modifications can be accessed at https://traininglegends.com/rules/

 All catchers helmets must be NOCSAE approved
 6u - 13u: Only approved bats with a 1.15BPF stamp or bats marked with the new USA Baseball stamp
 14u - 15u: Must use approved bats marked BBCOR -3 or legal Wood Bats only
 If a bat loses its approval, it cannot be used.

Equipment Required:
 2 new baseballs per team, per game
 Proof of insurance certificate

 Plaques for 1st & 2nd Place Teams
 Medals for all 1st & 2nd Place Players
