For the 2020 softball season all teams must:
- be properly insured with USA Softball of Illinois
- have all adults in the dugout area completed a background check
- at least one coach completing a minimum of one ACE coaching module
- complete individual registration including a picture ID card or provide a copy of each players birth certificate and a picture at team check-in prior to the start of the tournament
