Tournament Note

Dear Coaches:
Welcome to the REEBOK ARCH CHALLENGE scheduled for APRIL 5-6-7 2019! We are excited that your team(s) will be playing with us this weekend and that your families will have an excellent competitive experience with us!
All out of town teams need to use our hotels because we are a stay n play. If you do not USE OUR HOTELS THERE IS $100 PENALTY!

We do stats and we do videos. If you do have stats for your team talk to your coach. Starting in March roster will be required because we are building a new website for our POWER SERIES and POWER RANKINGS. This will compliment our videos and MIX Tapes! The last 2 events we had technical issues with videos and data services, we did not do videos.

TELL YOUR PARENTS WE SUPPLY THE SCOREKEEPERS!

SCHEDULES WILL BE COMPLETED AND EMAILED OUT TO THE COACHES WEDNESDAY EVENING

DEPOSIT MUST BE PAID BY WEDNESDAY THE WEEK OF THE SCHEDULE.

Coaches Check-In: Each coach will need to check in at the admissions table for each game. Two coach passes per team allowed.

Daily Admission: Admission for each day Saturday TBA Sunday TBA for adults, Kids 10 and under are free. Spectators will only need to pay ONCE PER DAY, wristbands are good at all locations

Scorekeeping: We supply the scorekeepers

Results Update: Results will be updated on our website hourly at www.reebokseries.com. For this tournament all schedule and score updates are being powered by software called Tourney Machine. From here you can download the app onto your mobile device!

-Saturday - DOORS OPEN AT 7:30AM
-Sunday - DOORS OPEN AT 7:30AM

We will have a Site Supervisor on site at all times, so should you have any questions at all throughout the weekend, they are here to help!
