-Coaches Passes: Each team shall receive (3) Coaches Passes and if lost, forgot, or misplaced their pass you will be required to pay a non-refundable gate admissions

Day Pass- 13U- UP $ 10.00
Day Pass- 7u- 12u $ 5.00
6 and under FREE If you lose, forget, or misplace your pass, you will be required to pay another non-refundable gate admissions

-ATTENTION: No abuse of any kind will be tolerated towards gate staff. Such behavior may be subject to ejection from the park for the day or from the entire tournament at the discretion of the tournament director.

- Game Time Limits
1 hour for pool play
1 hour and 30 minutes for bracket play

-No drop dead time in any ages Groups
2 Umpires will be used -For every age group
-All ages 13u and Up playing 60/90 will use -3 BBCOR BATS Or -5 USA Stamp Bat
-Baseballs will be provided

-Two Day Tournament Max Pitching Per Player
9u-12u: 8 Innings Any Combination (Not to EXCEED the 6 Innings per day Max)
13u-14u: 10 Innings Any Combination (Not to EXCEED the 7 Innings per day Max)
15u-18u: Unlimited

TEAM INSURANCE- Each team must have proof of insurance prior to participating in a GSSA Tournament. Team insurance can be obtained by clicking on the " Insurance" button on the home page or may be purchased by a provider of your choice. Team insurance is the responsibility of the participating team. NO Liability is assumed by this organization.

- REFUNDS (Rain out/ No show): Full refund if no games are played. ? refund if (1) game is played. No refund if (2) game starts. No refund for teams that are a no show or surrender during a tournament. No gate refunds, nor rain check, at anytime. Teams should inform their parents and fans, if play is in doubt due to inclement weather or rain, to wait until play begins to enter the ball park.
