**** 3 pool play games into Double Elimination Bracket

****Coaches meeting -1 coach per team MUST attend on Wednesday the 20th. (10 am Lyman Community Center 13724 US49 39503 )
- Coach must have at Check In
-COPY OF TEAM ROSTER
-COPY OF TEAM INSURANCE
-Copy of all players BIRTH Certificates
Wednesday Afternoon 2pm-5pm Skills Competition Gulfport Sportsplex.
2:30 pm Open Ceremony (The New Gulfport Turf Fields) Also pin trading. Teams line up on Soccer Fields at 2:00pm
****All Games will start Thursday 21st @ 9am..
****9u-12u will alternate games on turf/dirt/Grass every other day

-Coaches Passes: Each team shall receive (3) Coaches Passes and if lost, forgot, or misplaced their pass you will be required to pay a non-refundable gate admissions

-Tournament admissions
Adult Week Pass- $35.00
Adult/Youth Day Pass- $10.00
Youth (7-12 Y/O) Week Pass- $20.00
Kids 6 & Under FREE

-ATTENTION: No abuse of any kind will be tolerated towards gate staff. Such behavior may be subject to ejection from the park for the day or from the entire tournament at the discretion of the tournament director.

If you lose, forget, or misplaced your pass, you will be required to pay another non-refundable gate admissions

All Payments are made at the Coaches Check-In to GSSA or Online before tournament. Cash or Credit Cards/NO CHECKS
- Game Time Limits
7U-8U CP - (1:20 time limit 6 Innings or run rule.)
9U-12U - (1:30 or 6 Innings or run rule.)
13U-14U - (1:45 or 7 Innings or run rule. )
15u- (1:45 or 7 Innings or run rule. )
-No drop dead time in any ages Groups
-All ages playing 60/90 will use -3 BBCOR BATS
-Baseballs will be provided for each game
-4 Day Tournament Max Pitching Per Player
9u -12u: 14 Innings, not to exceed 6 innings per day
13u-14u: 16 Innings, not to exceed 7 innings per day
15u- Unlimited

TEAM INSURANCE- Each team must have proof of insurance prior to participating in a GSSA Tournament. Team insurance can be obtained by clicking on the " Insurance" button on the home page or may be purchased by a provider of your choice. Team insurance is the responsibility of the participating team. NO Liability is assumed by this organization.
