GSSA March Madness Tournament

- This tournament will be played at Oak Grove Optimist Park (Sunday ONLY)

-Tournament Format
Each team will play 1 pool game for seeding and then be placed in a single elimination bracket Team

-Entry Fee
7u-8u CP $25.00
9u-12u $200.00

*** All teams that sign up for 5 or more GSSA Events will receive $50 off all 5 or more Tournament Entry Fees ***

*** All teams that have not Paid their $30 Sanctioning Fee for 2017/2018 Season need to pay it with Entry Fee. ***

-Coaches Passes:
Each team shall receive (3) Coaches Passes (3 passes for 7 and 8 yr old teams) and if lost, forgot, or misplaced you will be required to pay a non-refundable gate admissions

-Tournament admissions
Day Pass-$ 7.00
6 and under FREE If you lose, forget, or misplace your pass, you will be required to pay another non-refundable gate admissions

- Game Time Limits
7U-8U CP - (1:20 time limit 6 Innings or run rule.)
9U-12U - (1:30 or 6 Innings or run rule.)
13U-14U - (1:45 or 7 Innings or run rule. )
15U-18U - (1:45 or 7 Innings or run rule. )
-No drop dead time in any ages Groups 2 Umpires will be used --For every age group -All ages 13u and Up playing 60/90 will use -3 BBCOR BATS
-Baseballs will be provided

-One Day Tournament Max Pitching Per Player
9u-12u: 6 Innings Max

TEAM INSURANCE
- Each team must have proof of insurance prior to participating in a GSSA Tournament. Team insurance can be obtained by clicking on the " Insurance" button on the home page or may be purchased by a provider of your choice. Team insurance is the responsibility of the participating team. NO Liability is assumed by this organization.
