GSSA South Mississippi Super Regional WS Qualifier Road To World Series (Winner Receives FREE World Series Berth)

***1st Place Winner in each Age Division 9u-14u will receive a PAID Bid to either one of the two GSSA World Series Tournaments in 2018 being played on the New Turf Fields at the Gulfport Sportsplex.

***1st & 2nd Place in each Age Division 7u-8A & 8AA Coach Pitch will receive a PAID Bid to either one of the two GSSA World Series Tournaments in 2018 being played on the New Turf Fields at the Gulfport Sportsplex.

- This tournament will be played at Gulfport Sportsplex, Ocean Springs, Long Beach and D'Iberville Sportsplex

-Tournament Format Each team will play 2 pool games for seeding and then be placed in a single elimination bracket

7u-8u CP $125.00
9u-12u $300.00
13u-18u $325.00

-Coaches Passes: Each team shall receive (3) Coaches Passes (3 passes for 7 and 8 yr old teams) and if lost, forgot, or misplaced their pass you will be required to pay a non-refundable gate admissions

-Tournament admissions
Adult Day Pass-$ 10.00
Youth (7-12 Y/O) Day Pass - $5.00
6 and under FREE If you lose, forget, or misplace your pass, you will be required to pay another non-refundable gate admissions

- Game Time Limits
7U-8U CP - (1:20 time limit 6 Innings or run rule.)
9U-12U - (1:30 or 6 Innings or run rule.)
13U-14U - (1:45 or 7 Innings or run rule. )
15U-18U - (1:45 or 7 Innings or run rule. )

-No drop dead time in any ages Groups

-2 Umpires will be used -For every age group

-Age 13u playing 60/90 Bat must be -3 BBCOR or-5 USA Stamp Bat
-Ages 14u 60/90 -Up Bat must be -3 BBCOR or Wood Bat
-Baseballs will be provided

-Two Day Tournament Max Pitching Per Player
9u-12u: 8 Innings Any Combination (Not to EXCEED the 6 Innings per day Max)
13u-14u: 10 Innings Any Combination (Not to EXCEED the 7 Innings per day Max)
15u-18u: Unlimited

TEAM INSURANCE- Each team must have proof of insurance prior to participating in a GSSA Tournament. Team insurance can be obtained by clicking on the " Insurance" button on the home page or may be purchased by a provider of your choice. Team insurance is the responsibility of the participating team. NO Liability is assumed by this organization.

-ATTENTION: No abuse of any kind will be tolerated towards gate staff. Such behavior may be subject to ejection from the park for the day or from the entire tournament at the discretion of the tournament

- REFUNDS (Rain out/ No show): Full refund if no games are played. ? refund if (1) game is played. No refund if (2) games are played. No refund for teams that are a no show or surrender during a tournament. No gate refunds, nor rain check, at anytime. Teams should inform their parents and fans, if play is in doubt due to inclement weather or rain, to wait until play begins to enter the ball park.
