Tournament Note

The 32nd Annual Heartland Shootout will be a tournament that fills up fast again as the last two tournaments have boasted a field of over 130 teams. The year there will be NO GATE FEES!! The 10& Under A division will be a USA Softball National Qualifier with a 4 game guarantee - 2 pool play games seeding a double-elimination tournament. All other divisions except for the 8 & Under Open will be a 5 GAME GUARANTEE with 4 pool play games seeding teams into a single-elimination bracket.
The 8 & Under Open division is a 4 game guarantee - 3 games into a single-elimination bracket for the tournament play.

$650.00 ($450 F0R 8U - 4GG) plus 2 - Leather, optic yellow .47 core softballs (Worth Dream Seam or Dudley
SB11 or SB12 balls are preferred). NO REFUNDS AFTER JUNE 1ST - DEADLINE JUNE 15TH
POOL PLAY WILL BE PLAYED ON FRIDAY & SATURDAY & ALL TEAMS WILL PLAY FRIDAY.
SINGLE-ELIMINATION TOURNAMENT PLAY MAY BEGIN ON SATURDAY.
DOUBLE-ELIMINATION FOR 10UA WILL BEGIN ON SATURDAY.
WEATHER CANCELLATIONS:
1. If the tournament is completely canceled, please be aware that $75 of your entry fee will be kept for administrative costs.
2. If one (1) game is played, you will receive half of your entry fee back.
3. If two (2) games are played, you will not receive any of your entry fees back.
