Coaches, Families and Players

Thanks for joining us for the "Kings of the Court" hosted in the Des Moines Metro. We are excited to welcome 220+ teams into city while joining us for a great weekend of basketball. Games tip on Friday night and will continue through the weekend of May 14-16, 2021.

The schedule was UPDATED @ 2:51PM on May 13th, 2021 . Any changes made to the schedule throughout the week will be emailed to the team/coach it affects.

Coaches will be notified if the Schedule is updated at any point between now and the event. The schedule will NOT change unless there was a mistake made by the event directors.

Doors Open:
Doors will open @ 5:30pm on Friday night and open at 7:30am on Saturday and on Sunday. Games start at 6:00pm Friday night and at 8:00am om Saturday and Sunday. PLEASE DO NOT SHOW UP EARLIER AND PLEASE LET EVERYONE KNOW THIS.

Please share all of the following information with your parents/players before the start of the weekend. This is vital that the following information is shared to parents/players before arrival.

-Please understand that it is your responsibility to check back frequently for schedule changes.
-Coaches will be notified by email when changes occur.
-There will be no wall schedules/brackets for this event. Please use the "Tourney Machine App" to follow results, standings, and game times.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
-Spectators are welcome to attend.
-THERE ARE NO SPECTATOR RESTRICTIONS.
-PLEASE DO YOUR BEST TO SOCIAL DISTANCE AS SOME SITES ARE TIGHTER THAN OTHERS
-MASKS MUST BE WORN...SEE BELOW FOR GUIDELINES.
-If you have any signs or symptoms of COVID-19 please stay home.
-Spectators MUST wear a mask at all times while inside the facilities. You will NOT be allowed in without wearing a mask and may be asked to leave if you don't wear inside the facility.
-Coaches MUST wear a mask at all times while inside the facilities. You will NOT be allowed in without wearing a mask and may be asked to leave if you don't wear inside the facility while not coaching.
-Players need to wear a mask when they are not playing. You must wear one to enter the facility. There will be leniency with players.
-Officials need to wear a mask when not officiating. You must wear one to enter the facility.

Please follow these guidelines as you come and go throughout the weekend:
- Show up for games no more than 20 minutes early.
- Teams can't show up early and watch other games.
- After games are over all teams are to leave the facility as quickly as possible unless you have back to back games. If you have a team meeting, have it after game outside of the facility.
- There will not be handshake lines after games to speed the process.

Entering the facility:
- Entry lines may be longer than normal. Your Patience is appreciated.
- Please stay in family groupings.
- Coaches and players will go through the same process as spectators and then proceed to the coach check in table.
- There will be 2 coaches passes per team.
- Teams MUST provide a volunteer at the scores table for each game.
- There will NOT be any passes for scorekeepers.

Admission is charged for spectators: (DAILY ADMISSION ONLY)
ADULT - $5 FRIDAY, $10 SATURDAY AND $10 ON SUNDAY
K-12 CHILD - $5 FRIDAY, $5 SATURDAY AND $5 ON SUNDAY
5 AND UNDER FREE

BallerTV Live Stream: Games will be lived streamed at Kingdom Courts, Grandview College and at Next Level Sports. Games will NOT be live streamed at any other facilities.

Home Team:
1st team listed on schedule. They will wear light colored jersey.

Game Ball:
Provided by the HOME TEAM.

Warm Up Basketballs:
No warmup basketballs will be provided. Teams must supply their own.
