Tournament Note

Welcome to the OSA MAYB scheduled for July 10 - 12, 2015! We are excited that you have chosen to come play here at OSA and promise an exciting weekend of competition! Below is information that will be helpful for your visit to Omaha Sports Academy.

SCHEDULES: Schedules are FINAL! We will not be making any changes to the schedule unless there was an error on our part. Should you notice an error, please email me immediately at rachel.blum@omahasportsacademy.com. ALL COACHES MUST CHECK SCHEDULES AGAIN ON TUESDAY, JULY 7TH AFTER 5PM. Changes made after this time will result in direct communication with the affected coaches.

Coaches Check-In and Packets: Each team will need to have a coach check their team in by picking up their team's coach packet at the SITE OF YOUR FIRST GAME! Each packet will include the following:

-2 coaches wristbands for admission; abuse of these wristbands will result in removal from facilities.

Rules: A copy of the tournament rules can also be found in the DOCUMENTS tab on your online schedule.

Daily Admission: Admission for each day is $8 for adults 19 years and older, $3 for children 6 years - 18 years; and kids 5 years and under are free. Spectators will only need to pay ONCE PER DAY, and will need to get their hand stamped daily for entry and re-entry into alternate venues.

Weekend Passes: Weekend admission wristbands will be sold on FRIDAY ONLY for $20/adult and $6/child. Wristbands MUST BE WORN on wrists to enter facilities; abuse of these wristbands will result in removal from facilities.

Scorekeeping: Per MAYB Rules, each team must provide one score keeper for book or clock at each game.

Tournament Venues and Opening Times - All Venues and addresses can be found in the COMPLEX tab of your schedule. Venues will open 30 minutes prior to the first game start.

If at any time you have questions during the tournament, please find the OSA Site Supervisor at each venue. They will be happy to assist you with whatever your needs may be!
